I found the answer for your first question from my consultant. If no body picks the call from your office. CIC will send you a formal letter stating they will put you under section 40a of refugee act if you can't represent yourself with in 30 days that you working in so and so company.

Hey guys,

I'm so anxious about my app. My cc was charged on 6th dec but still not receive the PER! Almost 2 weeks!

I'm following the SPVO people and the most applicants received PER in a few days!

Do you think i can receive PER and AOR together from Sao Paulo office or they always send emails separeted?

I'm so scared to know if my app will be accept!

i m 2nd october applicant and i have also no news regarding PER or DD encashment....have a hope that they will send all PERs together before christmas.

Dear Singh2901, Medical received line in Ecas means your results sent by doctors have been received by NDVO and they are reviewing your application further to send PPR (if not sent earlier).

Thanks for your reply. Does it also means that the Immigration officer is satisfied with the medicals and the applicant has cleared the medical stage as well.

I have sent my passport on 11 December only.

Dear SIngh2901, No. It doesn't mean that Imm. officer is satisfied with the medicals. It is just acknowledgement of receipt of Medical test results. If your tests are all fine, you receive PPR or Visa whatever is pending. If its not fine you may have decision made DM status before PPR. Of if they need few more tests to decide further, they send you additional test requirements similar to MR.

We never know what our test results were.
PP request means it was all fine.

I agree with you klmy regarding the medical update. They will never update the status if its not complete.
