A question for all who recd MR(NDVO and other VOs as well)... Is your RPRF DD encashed? If yes, did it encash before last day of submission as mentioned in MR letter or after that date?

Hi ..I think there is no way to find out if the DD is en-cashed or not. A cheque can be done ...but not DD i guess.

Hi Patel,

Does your e-cas show the status as Passport received on 11th Dec 2013. Please confirm, as I sent them on the same day and they reached NDVO the next day.

usually DD is valid for 3 months only..... Wondering abt the last date that NDVO has mentioned... may be they will start working on case again after that date only...

Also bit worried how long the passports are kept with VO???

My experience while adding my new born child is that they en cashed DD in 20 days.So am sure they will en cash soon as they receive it.

Hi seniors, I need some help! In the MR letter, they have asked to provide proof of ME for my entire family. in my MR instructions, they asked to bring the attached medical report form to the appointment, but i am surprised that the MEDICAL REPORT FOR CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMRY they have attached is on my husband's name , who is not a primary applicant. and also I did not receive any such form for myself or for my son. what about you guys? please give me advice what to do.

It seems that you have only received medical form for your husband. Medical forms for yourself and your son are delayed. Ideally medical form for whole family should come together, each form in separate email. I suggest you to raise a case specific enquiry immediately.

Ho can you say that our documents are suspicious. We have informed this to our boss and he is aware of our process and we have submitted all the reference on the company letter head. We have every proof for his work experience. They had informed that this was a part of their routine check and they had randomly selected 30 members

No immigration disclose internal news! They selected 30 members for background check. I don't know why they told this figure to your husband's employer. To get permit for verification they will show identity and authorisation page signed by your husband. They can't say about numbers of applicant for background check.

It's been a long journey for me from 2006 first time I applied FSW and my application was returned in 2012 ( long 6.5 years of waiting - Backlog ), I applied again on 4th of June 2013 under NOC 1112, my documents has been returned on November 5th 2013 ( Cap Reached NOC 1112 )... My fight is still not over.. since I have experience in another field will apply in January 2014.

My patience is been tested and my perseverance has been immortal.

I respect your genuine effort man... Hope you will get a golden email one day...

She has already clarified this that she came to know about this news from her consultant but not from the NDVO guys.

Well I have not heard of anything like this in the history that NDVO is visiting personally for background check. That too, 2 foreigners and 1 Indian searching for the office on the street and visiting for the background check all the way from New Delhi visa office to Chennai.
