Hi Friends, I am a silent spectator of this thread, want to update my details as well and share my experience with NDVO.

After receiving AOR on 24th Oct, Yesterday 27th Nov - we receive email form NDVO requesting to Submit Medicals, PCC, PR FEE & PASSPORTS before 11th Jan 2014, and the emails states “MEDICALS FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN EMAILED TO YOU SHALL RECEIVE THE SAME IN DUE COURSE OF TIME”So far we haven't received any mail with the medical forms

Any other experienced the same, seniors plz Advice

It's now really getting over the head the way NDVO is sending the MR request . My app. rec date is 23rd May 2013, still waiting for MR mail...
NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE OPERATING.........

Hello dear,

Why are you all are worried about cap reached ? if your application received by CIC Canada before your cap reach date, then it means you are in cap. so my dear all my friends don't worried about that.

As per my experience when i was send my application to CIC, the cap reach to 975 out of 1000, and after my application reach to CIC next week cap also reach to 1000 application. and i was in the cap.

DD can be encase any time so don't depend on your application fee DD encasement date

Please don't give false hopes. FSW2011 and FSW2013 are totally different programs. With 7 closed NOCs we have enough information on how CIC is working this year. They are counting complete applications, and this include a processed payment form.
Perhaps prayer is in, because her application reached CIO one day after the last forum charged and her method of payment is DD. But people from September on are definitely out for her NOC.

ITGuy, give a call to your VO and ask them. I did it with SPVO and the lady on the phone listed to me everything they accept as POF.

If you select, global data and from there select NDVO and experience 2 or 10 years.

Whatever list you will get of forum I'd are going to get MR soon.

Why?

If you observe closely they are releasing MR of all NOC, so probably they are scanning all files through system and sending MR to those having 2 or 10+ experience.

Now question is what if someone stay abroad , we should make note over here that security check and medical check happens after MR is done.
Another question, what about employment check, CHC officers are trained in such a way they can easly a understand how genuine case is. For for 10 years exp green signal. And for 2 years exp they might do themselves by picking phone.

I may be correct or may be wrong but this is just my observation.

Is it also true MR has come mostly to Delhi residents? Jus thinking..

but i only want simple info like to which visa office will my file be transferred and when the officer will open it.

you see i have doubt that my file were transfered to cpp-o instead of amman which i specified in the application due to amman office having big backlog and slow work.
