Sorry to say that your application is out of the cap and it will be returned to you.

hello

anyone knows when ecas status update ?

is it everyweek on specificday ?

All fellow Indians expecting MR in the next few weeks, get your PCC ready as the appointment for passports older than 2 years can take time.

My wife's passport was issued on 19/06/2009 and when I enrolled for PCC at PSK Bangalore, she gets an appointment date of 18th December 2013.
Whereas, I got an appointment for tomorrow. (My passport was issued/renewed on 14th December 2012)

ITGuy_del's message shows us that we don't have much time. So guys, pull up your jocks and socks and get going. :)

CIC works on sept mid applications and the updated no of CAP is completed applications (which they have accessed and send PER).
so after sept mid application all applications are not filling within CAP, sorry but you will get your app back.

Hello mate,
Did you get your AOR?
When you get your PER, you will get wording like "We have received your application for PR on Aug 21st, 2013" after which you can expect updates on ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en) after MR only.

Thanks for sharing this information.

do you have any idea that if person has already taken PCC in April 2013 then when the appointment could be given? Just approx. estimate

Also, does a person really required the PCC in this case?

Thanks
.

Dear Sinestra,
Please clarify again. Does it take an appointment from PSK Lalbagh to get our PCC ?
The last time I heard, it was just walk in and get the PCC on the same day & be done with it. Have the rules changed so much now ???

Friends

I am really getting very tensed now. There is no change in status nor there is any MR email, although i am 16th May applicant. I see a lot of MR being issued from NDVO for NOC 0211, but somehow there is no progress on mine.

Dont know what to do.. Is this a negetive sign or do i have to wait more... not sure really

Jack,
Same here. Just think of all those 1112 & other streams people who are eagerly waiting for the MR.
The best thing to do would be to get some info from good consultants who know the workings of NDVO.

Dear Forum members,
Whoever has got some good links with the consultants, I guess this would be the right time to followup with them and provide us all some insight into what is happening at NDVO. :)

Thanks,

Thanks,

Consultants are helpless as far as the working pattern in NDVO is concerned.
I have been following up with my consultant and the only thing they say is to wait until we hear from NDVO..
My application reached CIO on early may, but i got the AOR after very long wait as you can see from the spreadsheet.
Issuance of MR,PPR etc purely depends on the pace of the Visa officer who is handling each of our cases.
Lets hope to hear the MR news soon.

Right, consultants don't have any clue about NDVO working .....

Now, weekend coming ahead ,probably we have to wait till next week to hear from VO.

Hey Sinestra,

Thaks for sharig the very useful info. And any idea, after the appointment date, how many days more r requreid to getthe PCC?

I am confused as like my other NOC 3142 & 2131 friends. The CAP update on Nov 27 is done only with these 2 and others are not changed at all. Even the total number is not changed. My guess and only hope is that CIO had taken enough number of these 2 NOC applications to fill the CAP as these are the only NOCs close to fill the CAP. I sent an enquiry mail and hoping to see a positive reply from CIO or a PER - if I am that lucky. My application reached on 23 Sept n NOC 3142. The same day there are 2 applicants from NOC 2131 & one applicant from my NOC 3142 with CC. Eagerly waiting for them to post if their payment is done.
