you see i have doubt that my file were transfered to cpp-o instead of amman which i specified in the application due to amman office having big backlog and slow work.

If that is the case then you may order now, as if you order now by Jan 12-14 u will get it as per their website.

Seeing the summary of GCMS notes I feel that that LVO has resolved to complete our file within 1 year of our receiving PER. But not sure when the first drop of rain would begin from LVO in the form of 2nd line / MR.

After MR, normally in most cases visa is issued within 2 months by LVO.

I need some clarification here please. Is it mandatory for visa officers to follow strictly the dates on the GCMS notes when processing applications up until it's completion? Can they not on their own choose to finish processing applications before the final completion date on the GCMS note if there are no barriers?

I disagree with you. It can't be unfortunate because they applied before we FSW13 applicants and they should be attended to. Let's put ourselves in their shoes and see how it feels. What I pray for is a speedy clearing of the backlogs if any and a swift processing of our applications. That's my personal opinion though.

Yeah, It looks like they are processing other previous years applicants before they start on our, which is unfortunate.

Lets just hope we hear soothing soon.

on 25th nov, the applications for Physios NOC 3142 was 272 and they updated it on 27th to 300. My application is scheduled to be delivered today. And God knows if Physios are going to be there in the next year's list at all !

I have applied under NOC 2131 and my application has been received on Aug 2.
2 days ago the total number of applications was 262 but today it has been cap reached
I had applied on May 27 for the first time but due to their mistake my application was returned to me and I send it back again.
Could any one tell me if there is any chance for me to be to be under these 300 applications??

First of all, CIC do not update the cap status daily but almost weekly so when u checked on 25th nov, it was some 4-5 days back updated status, so it was expected to be increased in one week ......
secondly, the status shown on 25th nov, i.e. 272, was not the number of application received till 25th nov but it includes the application received some time earlier, may be 2 months back, as CIC takes some time for processing those applications ........ means this current status of 300 would have been filled abt 2 months back .....

Now best of luck for your next year application ...... try to get urself familiar with the applicants spreadsheet available at this post, it ll definitely help u alot for analysing the timeline and the pattern for application processing...

Hi Roya-FSW, we didn't know you had reaplied. The spreadsheet is not showing this information.

If your new application arrived on August 2, you must send and e-mail to CIC asking what happened, because the entire month of August has been already processed.

This is the 3rd party which provides this info. Can we ourselves get an access to GCMS system. In Visafile.info , they will provide information in 45 days and not an access.

Can anyone tell me how to track my applications status as i have not heard anything from CIC with respect to my application.
My application for Category 2132 Dispatched on : 9th Sept2013
Application received as per my courier of delivery date as : 15th Sept 2013

So when i m going to likely hear any news or update related to my application or how can i track my application .

if ur aug 2nd applicant u may be in the league of pr. as last date who received per is 6th sep. contact cic man....
