i did call cic yesterday...a lady replied are you calling from outside the Canada..i said yes..she said give me only your email ID..we ll reply on your email...but till now i did not find any email...anybody experience similar stuff ?please guide what i can do now ????

i got a question here for people who got PCC request ..what is the maximum time within which you can send PCC!! is it 90 days or 30 days
does it come with MR or can come in a separate email ?
i'm trying to time issuing my PCC to fall within the 3 months validity when i send it...sent it intially with application package but im woried they will ask for it again as it was stated in the PCC that it is valid for 3 months

Is CIO working now a days with NOC wise or application received date wise? Sept 12 applicant's CC charged on 24 Nov (NOC 2113) and now Sept 6 dated applicants CC charged. I was happy thinking that the CAP count was completed till 12 Sept in all NOCs. Now in a bit confusion. Hoping the CC candidate (NOC 3142 Sept 23 applicant to update as soon as CC is charged. And predict my chances according to that.

I dont think you need to worry, If the PCC was valid at the time of application and sent it along, you should be good. 99% they will not ask it again.

I guess that MSNAIR's CC charged on 27 Nov (Application reached on 06 Sept) as he has job offer. Does it considered under FSWP 2013 or differently? I guess that this is the only difference his application makes and most of us got confused as already Sept 12 applicant's CC charged on Nov 24. Any other possibilities?

Why would you say so? As they displayed the CAP being reached on their website about 2 weeks after my application reached them !

Or are you backtracking from the 'CAP reached' display update day and forecasting that the CAP must have been reached a few weeks back from there?
