I dont think you need to worry, If the PCC was valid at the time of application and sent it along, you should be good. 99% they will not ask it again.

the thing is that when i sent the PCC with the package i thought it was valid (according to cic website indicating 1 year as the validity of PCC)
howere, the PCC was 6 months old and the validity of PCC from egypt is only 3 months

Generally, it takes around 7-10 working days as per the trend seen on spreadsheet.

I guess that MSNAIR's CC charged on 27 Nov (Application reached on 06 Sept) as he has job offer. Does it considered under FSWP 2013 or differently? I guess that this is the only difference his application makes and most of us got confused as already Sept 12 applicant's CC charged on Nov 24. Any other possibilities?

i think Arranged employment is a sub category from FSW but it's a different department when you send the application to CIC

Why would you say so? As they displayed the CAP being reached on their website about 2 weeks after my application reached them !

Or are you backtracking from the 'CAP reached' display update day and forecasting that the CAP must have been reached a few weeks back from there?

the update is usually 2-3 months late (i.e: applicants who applied in September and got their PER recently will be included in the next update or the one after)

I think arranged employment is treated same as any other application in fsw. However, it does not count in the 300 cap.
Offer letter and hrsd approval are additional requirements though.
