RECEIVED AOR!!!!!

Finally after long waiting period...received AOR from NDVO on 25th October.

From here on it takes an average of 10 months to complete the process!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it doesnt take longer than that. Hoping to start my sons school in Canada in September 2014

No, it will not create any problem for you. The reason for doing is only that, your bank cheque becomes traceable and which informs its validity.

Does Manila visa office nomally send AOR or they give directly MR request?
I wonder cause it's been more than 2 months that I've received PER but still no news from Manila office.
