When filing the form you should put your name as PAYER's name. It has some tick mark option which tells that you will pay by Bank cheque. You must write a letter which includes your name, your NOC etc. staple it to bank cheque. It will be enough... Please take care Bank cheque is valid for 6 months... Validity also you can mention in stapled page.

Finally after long waiting period...received AOR from NDVO on 25th October.

From here on it takes an average of 10 months to complete the process!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it doesnt take longer than that. Hoping to start my sons school in Canada in September 2014
