Does this six months from application submission date means any thing because all the application from NDVO who applied in may will complete 6 months in November. Is it goining to be deemed to received MR in November

- Application was received at CIO on 4th July
- NOC 2145
- Payment was indicated as by CC
- Sent an e-mail to the CIO address since 30th September and no reply yet (Oct 25 makes 20 working days)
- Phone call to contact center has been a waste of time as they just advised to send an e-mail

Is there any early July applicant here that is also in the same boat? Please share

I have some concern on sending updated documents to visa office, Warsaw.

My travel history has changed. So I will send them passport photocopies (for new stamps and visa on it) and also want to send the IMM 5562E form. I just want to hear your comments on sending this IMM 5562E form. Which one is better to do, you think;

1. Just writing a letter, mentioning my travels. Send the letter and passport photocopies.
2. Writing a letter, and also update IMM 5562E form. Then send letter, IMM 5562E, and passport photocopies.

2nd option looks better at first, but even if I will mention discarding the first IMM 5562E form from my file, they might forget and then old and new IMM 5562E forms might mix there. So, can just a letter be enough?

What do you suggest?

Not yet received the email. However, I visited my consultant office today and have read the entire communication received from the CIC.

CIC replied on October 21, 2013 in response to the query raised on October 2, 2013.

CIC just asked to send all my wife details (including the relevant forms) to London office together with RPRF fee (for both) and PCC for my wife.

Sorry as I wasn't able to memorize the email content. I will try to get the email from the consultant, however, the chances are low since he usually does not share the communication / email with his Clients.

Regards,

ALUSH

now thats some very good news alush, please try to snatch content of that email from your consultant :P that would be very helpful for us. thanks

Thank you so much ALUSH for your response. Have you already paid RPRF fee? Is it CAD490x2?

- A bit frustrating not to know what is going on and you see applications received weeks later getting response.
- One would think if the application has an NER they can at least drop an e-mail or let you know your package is enroute to you

Just wanted your views on this-:

Recently, I applied for the Federal Skilled Worker from the UK. As I was about to move to India (I am a Indian citizen) in the next 4-5months I put New Delhi visa office as my processing office. As I was in the UK while filing the application I showed funds in my UK Bank Account. However, now that I have returned to India I am not sure if I am supposed to move that money into a Indian bank account as my application processes, my file has been transferred to New Delhi Visa Office and is under processing. I have maintained the balance in my UK acount ever since I filed the application.
Any views as to what should I do, move the money to India or let it stay in the UK till the process is completed?
make sure to keep the transfer receipt available with you if you decided to move the money, in order to show a proof of the money source i.e UK->India

I totally agree with you. however, thanks to our admins and our wonderful excel, my hopes are still somewhere around here, since i've seen that, since cio started working on july's apps, the time between the date they've received the app and per is cca 90 days. so, we still might be in the game. if not, consultants are completely useless, since i had my app pre-assessed. therefore, i still believe that they are just slow.

Admin, pls kindly help update my info:

Medical Request: Sept.26th
Passport Request:Oct.17th
Decision Made:Oct.24th

Waiting for my visas coming!~

Always be grateful!!! Great thanks!!!!
