yep! here are immasum, also 4th of july applicant and me, 10th of july.. no voice from cio yet...much_mann said:- Application was received at CIO on 4th July
- NOC 2145
- Payment was indicated as by CC
- Sent an e-mail to the CIO address since 30th September and no reply yet (Oct 25 makes 20 working days)
- Phone call to contact center has been a waste of time as they just advised to send an e-mail
Is there any early July applicant here that is also in the same boat? Please share
now thats some very good news alush, please try to snatch content of that email from your consultant that would be very helpful for us. thanksALUSH said:Not yet received the email. However, I visited my consultant office today and have read the entire communication received from the CIC.
CIC replied on October 21, 2013 in response to the query raised on October 2, 2013.
CIC just asked to send all my wife details (including the relevant forms) to London office together with RPRF fee (for both) and PCC for my wife.
Sorry as I wasn't able to memorize the email content. I will try to get the email from the consultant, however, the chances are low since he usually does not share the communication / email with his Clients.

ALUSH
Thank you so much ALUSH for your response. Have you already paid RPRF fee? Is it CAD490x2?ALUSH said:Not yet received the email. However, I visited my consultant office today and have read the entire communication received from the CIC.

- A bit frustrating not to know what is going on and you see applications received weeks later getting response.strangersr said:yep! here are immasum, also 4th of july applicant and me, 10th of july.. no voice from cio yet...
Alush, if you don't mind can you share here your query which you raised to LVO.ALUSH said:Not yet received the email. However, I visited my consultant office today and have read the entire communication received from the CIC.

make sure to keep the transfer receipt available with you if you decided to move the money, in order to show a proof of the money source i.e UK->Indiasaurabhs said:Just wanted your views on this-:
Recently, I applied for the Federal Skilled Worker from the UK. As I was about to move to India (I am a Indian citizen) in the next 4-5months I put New Delhi visa office as my processing office. As I was in the UK while filing the application I showed funds in my UK Bank Account. However, now that I have returned to India I am not sure if I am supposed to move that money into a Indian bank account as my application processes, my file has been transferred to New Delhi Visa Office and is under processing. I have maintained the balance in my UK acount ever since I filed the application.
Any views as to what should I do, move the money to India or let it stay in the UK till the process is completed?
It's Unknown. When they send, everyone here will know how long are they taking to send MR.sol_singh said:hi guys does anyone know how long does ndvo take to ask for medicals after sending the aor.......

I totally agree with you. however, thanks to our admins and our wonderful excel, my hopes are still somewhere around here, since i've seen that, since cio started working on july's apps, the time between the date they've received the app and per is cca 90 days. so, we still might be in the game. if not, consultants are completely useless, since i had my app pre-assessed. therefore, i still believe that they are just slow.much_mann said:- A bit frustrating not to know what is going on and you see applications received weeks later getting response.
- One would think if the application has an NER they can at least drop an e-mail or let you know your package is enroute to you
