I have no idea lamia as i sent my application at my own..i think someone who sent application through consultant can better explain. But what i understand they update the email address for future contact. :

I think you are right. and as long as they are asking for your confirmation, they will mostly update the email address.

By the way, I never got a message that my file had been transferred or processing started. It was PER and then immediately medial/payment request.

What is the best way to update file (like renewed Passports, renewed ID Cards ) at LVO.

Is it to send hard copies to LVO at below address or fill the case specific online and upload soft copies?

Send hard copies by post with your Name, UCI, DOB and address. But better if you will ask LVO before sending anything
