Received AOR on 11th Sep but havn't got any call related to employment check.

By the way, I never got a message that my file had been transferred or processing started. It was PER and then immediately medial/payment request.

What is the best way to update file (like renewed Passports, renewed ID Cards ) at LVO.

Is it to send hard copies to LVO at below address or fill the case specific online and upload soft copies?

Send hard copies by post with your Name, UCI, DOB and address. But better if you will ask LVO before sending anything :)
