What is the best way to update file (like renewed Passports, renewed ID Cards ) at LVO.

Is it to send hard copies to LVO at below address or fill the case specific online and upload soft copies?

By the way, I never got a message that my file had been transferred or processing started. It was PER and then immediately medial/payment request.

Good to see that Paris VO is working. Not sure about their order of processing the cases.... it does not seem to be in received date order.
But that doesn't matter, as long as they are working.

Send hard copies by post with your Name, UCI, DOB and address. But better if you will ask LVO before sending anything

No dear i did not mean use case specific for send scan copies of document..i mean i asked through case specific should i send my updated documents and got a reply in a week that send document on LVO postal address.
