Dear Seniors,

I sent a CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY to LONDON VISA OFFICE to change my address on 4th Oct, 2013. Still I haven't received any reply from them and my address has not changed yet.

Will it be wise to send another CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY to change my address? OR

Should I send an E-MAIL to ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca? OR

Should I phone them?

Awaiting for your advice.

Nothing yet buddy....don't know whats happening. I am not sure whether our files are in NDVO or by some stroke of luck(wishful thinking ;D) have been transferred to CPPO.

Will let you guys know if we get it. We are the few ones left from May applicants to get an AOR.

I think you should not send multiple emails for one enquiry. So now wait and hope it will update soon otherwise call them.

Dear randyccie, Nobody in 10 lines up or down around you is Green...why is yours? Are you also waiting for AOR or it's not updated?

If you sent the info via webform or email and have got an automatic message acknowledging that they have received it. In this case I would not recommend to resend the information as it would unnecessarily complicate the things and may impart delay, so just wait to hear from CIC. In case you didn't receive the automatic message in 24 hours, then please check your junk mail box and also check if you entered your email address incorrectly.

Thanks SACHOUDARY for your reply. From the forum I came to know that you also sent a enquiry to LONDON VISA OFFICE and you received the response immediately.

Then why they are taking long time to response me? I don't find any reason except bad luck.

If you sent the info via webform or email and have got an automatic message acknowledging that they have received it. In this case I would not recommend to resend the information as it would unnecessarily complicate the things and may impart delay, so just wait to hear from CIC. In case you didn't receive the automatic message in 24 hours, then please check your junk mail box and also check if you entered your email address incorrectly.

Thanks Irfanyusuf. I haven't received any auto reply. I checked the junk mail box and not found any auto reply. My e-mail address was correct.

In my case I have a Consultant, and in my application his email and mailing address are mentioned for further communications with CIC and Local VO.
And of course I got my PER through his email address then he forwarded it to me.

when I went through the case inquiry site to send the new copies of the passports to LVO, and I put my personal email address, but I found the following...

By supplying your email address (in your inquiry or previously in your application), you have initiated an email communication with CIC. By this action, you have authorized CIC to use the email address provided by you for communication with you including the transmission of personal information on your file/case.

Is that mean that by this, i override my Consultant and any future correspondences from LVO will be directly sent to my email address, or they will still use the one mentioned in my application, which is for my Consultant.

I have no idea lamia as i sent my application at my own..i think someone who sent application through consultant can better explain. But what i understand they update the email address for future contact. :
