I inquired through LVO website whether my application has been received and the address to send updated documents and got the following reply.

Well that's my luck .

But should I wait some kind of answer from them by e-mail or something or to be more specific will they answer me and inform me that the CAP is reached and what will they do with my application or they will not answer anything??

as the cap has reached ...they will return your courier.....they will not send any email...the courier may reach you in around 45 days as they send It by normal post.so u can wait for 1 to two months for your courier to reach you....you can also email CIC for confirmation...they will tell you the same. but im not sure of email id..so u got to check with other forum members

You may be getting it wrong. Cap reached on 18th of this month. And the guy who applied on 12th July got his PER or AOR on 8th of this month. So let's wait till someone gets his/her application returned before that it's not really closed. Also, these numbers doesn't include applicants outside this forum.

ggggrrrrrrrrrrrr I am 8th May applicant & haven't heard anything after AOR. It seems highly misleading unless you have any evidence.
