Correct, it may be FSW1 or 2 who has got the MRs but no one from FSW3 has got from NDVO yet. However, there is one off case for Rishi (from NDVO) who got MR from CPP-O. Not sure how it appeared as a special case.

Most believed that VOs started this as act of load balancing which contradicts to their sequential processing of files.

Is it for FSW2013... or it seems to be of FSW 2010/11

Yes I ,heard from my agent 3 people got mr, dont know abt them personally. .. hope we also get it soon

You may be getting it wrong. Cap reached on 18th of this month. And the guy who applied on 12th July got his PER or AOR on 8th of this month. So let's wait till someone gets his/her application returned before that it's not really closed. Also, these numbers doesn't include applicants outside this forum.

What everyone else thinks?

very much right. my application also received by CIO on 12 July and AOR received 11 Oct.

any UPDATE form NDVO (AOR) ?

Nothing yet...still waiting for our AOR.

AOR is simply an acknowledgement or is there some procedures to be carried out at VO, since the time between PER and AOR is almost 60 plus days and don't think in any part of world takes that much of time to transfer files. or CIC workers are in some other planet.

Dear forumites,

I was checking the spreadsheet of FSW 2011 applicants and seems very few are left behind and most of them got PR with in 10-11 months.

One interesting fact people got MR request after approx 2.5-3 months after receiving their AOR.

I haven't heard this from my covered space -

ggggrrrrrrrrrrrr I am 8th May applicant & haven't heard anything after AOR. It seems highly misleading unless you have any evidence.

Nirmal you will be the first one to get as from India ndvo, your application reached at earliest and I am hoping you will hear good news by 8th November as per 6 months time frame in aor

Congrats..!! ;D

Now we have 6 applicants in the cap as per spreadsheet.
But 3 only shown by CIC.
That's why I always feel that CIC cap update is behind reality.
What's the secret behind this delay in NOC 2145.
PER's are before or after cap updates .... ?!!

After opening the above link .... found the following...

Case Specific Enquiry – London

You have submitted an application at a visa office abroad. Done

The information you seek is not available on E-cas . Showing in process

Your application has exceeded normal processing times. As per LVO it's showing 23 months, but I'm still only 4 months and a half..... okay. !!

We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. So what about FSW2013, which was promised to be processed within one year.

When are we supposed to inquire about our cases.... is it after six months for example??!
LVO .... no AOR .... no case inquiry .... :'( :'( :'(
