ECAS changed to decision made and no other updates so far! 2nd round applicant, app received September 4th. Medical and PCC done in April 2019.

Someone else noticed new update in GCKey? It says application received 4th September and estimated remaining processing time 13 months.(i.e. September 2020) FYI medical passed on April 4th 2019

My and my parents' application status turned back to Application Received from in process previously.

Guys: If my parents were able to change their current address to Canadian address successfully in ecas, does this mean their case is going to be processed in Canada? LVO will be Ottawa? Correct me if I'm mistaken here. Thanks!
