I will quickly write a letter, include another generic form and send it to CIC Intake Office.

I made same mistake too,same NOC 2147 sent application on Sept 6 but do you know anyone whose application is refused for not writing his name on page 6 of the Generic form but signed and dated it?

Thanks for the update Huangxyqjy. Can always depend on you to be up to date! So hong Kong continues to move speedily and does CPP-O and Colombo....now I know why they dont allow up to transfer VO's. Hope fully your VO picks up the pace and send your MR in October......It would be great for you to be among the first to share your landing story with us.

2 got PL and waiting DM, one got MER!

There are also one Chinese whose VO is CPP-O get her ME.

That is all I know so far.

really cannot endure those ppl who just lay down and wait for answers ready, although jiggzy already made an Q&A which is so useful and answers most problems.
Comparing to my bad temper, u r really too nice!---I think I cannot control my complaining if I am keeping answer same questions again and again!

People have reported having their applications returned due to cap full. I think your location to canada and the efficiency of the postal service determines when u receive it.

Any suggestion can i quickly send one more copy of generic application form to CIC.

One more thing my application will be reaching CIC Intake Office tomorrow or on coming Monday

What I will suggest is to re-route (to your friends or relative's Canada Address) the package and then send the updated document to re-routed address.
Further, till them to replace the wrongly filled form with new one and again send the package to CIO.
