I was just confused.. Not seeing CC/DD charged messages from quite a long time for any NOC and especially for 2147. Any thoughts?
Even though there aren't CC/DD charged messages on the forum, number completed applications is rocketing for 2147 I am July 29th applicant and with this trend do see that I stand a chance

in my opinion u will definately get good news next week.....

bt my request to u when ur cc will charge....plz share as early as possible so other can reLate u......

as last two days who got news bt...i think they hv not updated their detail...

But i have seen many star and champion members saying straight NO to the applicants that their applications won't make it to the cap. As if they are immigration consultants. Are they?
The forum's intention should be to help other applicants and not giving false and inaccurate information.

Take it easy veer, the AOR is not mandatory. Your PER is enough to chill a bit for now.

Just a general question for seniors, how sure can we be if we get the PER. I know still have to go a long way --> AOR --> Visa officer review --> MR --> etc .. but what are the chances, we get through...

Let me explain you in my way, please note that this is based on my understanding!

My example ,noc 0211 ,date 9 sept , cap 167 on cic website. How this figure come and who will be consider in this figure?



cic scrutinise the application by checking forms , ielts , WES and all other documents if cic officer is satisfy with content and eligibility he/she will send file to payment gateway , there they will do cc charge or dd clearance.
And cc charge won't take much time whereas dd take couple of days time. For example ,If on same days if cic scrutinise 20 application of 0211 noc and lets say they send files to payment gateway. now consider out of 20 app 18 are of cc and 2 are of dd payment. And also consider that the payment of 20 application was done on the same day however for 2 dd were send to bank for clearance.

Now for above situation , on the same day if cic update the website they will consider 18 file whose payment is done, but rest 2 which are for dd will consider in next cic cap update after clearing the dd.
Therefore it is mandatory to pass on payment gateway.

Lets say If cic don't update the site on the same day and update after few day then in that case all 20 application will be counted in cap detail on cic website.

Please note here, one more example, on 9 sept the total was reach to 167 but lets say by 30 sept they have scrutinise 100 files which are successfully charged by cc and 67 are dd applications are under payment gateway and however only 60 dd are encase as on 30 sept they will update the count 293 on 30 sept But then they won't take further file for review on 31 sept only if any dd payment from 7 application will fail. That usually never happen.


These all are example , for explanations.

I know first hand that forum administration and management needs time, lots of dedication and energy, and I am sure that reasonable people using the forum really appreciate it.
My questions are based around the eligible CAP number from 9th September of 167 for NOC 0211 - Engineering managers, and in particular your estimate of the application received date entries which would be counted as completed and IN.

For example
Mohanna1997 / NOC 0211 / App revd 21 June / Fee encashed 6 Sept / PER 10 Sept.
And then CanEra / NOC 0211 / App revd 26 June / Fee encashed 11 Sept / PER expected soon.

In your estimates when would the CIC have included these to the CAP numbers?
Would both probably be included in the CAP number for NOC 0211 issued on 9th September which was 167?
Or only Mohanna1997?

Or only Mohanna1997? Or neither?

Lastly based on this, what "Applications Received" date do you think was the most recent "completed" and included within the CAP for NOC 0211 issued on 9th September?

in my opinion.. after PER chances depends on how much genuine the documentation is and result of medical test ..

I believe this year, if we get the PER, chances are very good, barring medical complications and unforeseen bad lucks, on these obviously we don't have any hand.

Indeed Maina.....I do not let it discourage me. My goal is to help as many as I can doing the challenging process and sharing my experience as others and learning from them as they learn from me. LOL even just now I got 2 more -1s, you just cant win with these people.

DEAR HUANG***.....have not heard from you in a while, but I know you are always here even when you do not post. Any updates on the Chinese forum? How are the Meds request applicants progressing...thus far we have only heard of one person completing the process and getting Visa from the Petoria office.

No, I did not have ME yet! Nobody from Beijing has ever received RBVO yet!
those Chinese who select HK as Vo, is much lucky than Beijing this year!

I personally feel after issuing PER, CIC will be having an Precise figure on how many applications they had processed and completed towards 300 cap and they update on their Website rather than Initial completeness check, CC/DD charge etc etc.............
