Speak with the courier and them to return the application back to you if possible !? Once delivered, you cannot send one more copy of generic application ...

Contacted the Canadian Post to stop the post and they informed it is impossible to get the package return.

Freddy2147, you are a good man and may goodwill follow you always. I just received my PER a few hours ago at 13:15 hours.

Date of DD encashment : 6 September 2013
Date of PER receipt: 12 September 2013

Admins, please update the spreadsheet. And assist me to change my visa office to Accra. I wish the best to all my fellow 2147 NOC applicants. The CAP is not full... So hang in there and be positive!!!

Firstly to say.... admins, you have been doing a great job, especially considering the volume of posts and the occasional selfish single-minded moaner
I know first hand that forum administration and management needs time, lots of dedication and energy, and I am sure that reasonable people using the forum really appreciate it.
My questions are based around the eligible CAP number from 9th September of 167 for NOC 0211 - Engineering managers, and in particular your estimate of the application received date entries which would be counted as completed and IN.

For example
Mohanna1997 / NOC 0211 / App revd 21 June / Fee encashed 6 Sept / PER 10 Sept.
And then CanEra / NOC 0211 / App revd 26 June / Fee encashed 11 Sept / PER expected soon.

In your estimates when would the CIC have included these to the CAP numbers?
Would both probably be included in the CAP number for NOC 0211 issued on 9th September which was 167?
Or only Mohanna1997?

Would probably be included in the CAP number for NOC 0211 issued on 3rd September which was 127?
Or only Mohanna1997? Or neither?

Lastly based on this, what "Applications Received" date do you think was the most recent "completed" and included within the CAP for NOC 0211 issued on 9th September?

In addition to that please keep in mind that you have 5+years of experience ( I checked in tracker), I hope this experience and proposed employer experience is from category A ,B OR O level , if so then when you will complete 6 years at the time NDVO take you case in hand they will again consider total 6 years experience(this is assumtion based example).This matters if ndvo tally your score at that time and therefore you MUST send employment related update to NDVO. Though you have secure 67 points at the time you apply cic you should let them ndvo know max numbers of years.

Below is general thought, not specific to you or any person.

Second ,reason to let them know is, they are interested our activity since the age of 18. So we must have to show whatever we are doing. In 2009 one of my friend's friend loss job in USA and he update to buffalo vo. And mentioned searching job . But he got visa. Meaning they are interested whether you get 67 points , clear security and medical and no hidden story. They are very much happy to issue visa.

Hope this help to all members. And this is based on my knowledge , I may be correct or may be not.

Hmmm difficult question.......My opinion is that no applicant is ever included in the count BEFORE their payment is confirmed/taken and cleared. So definitely neither would be included on the 3rd september. There is a possibility that Mohanna was included on the 9th though..............

I was just confused.. Not seeing CC/DD charged messages from quite a long time for any NOC and especially for 2147. Any thoughts?
Even though there aren't CC/DD charged messages on the forum, number completed applications is rocketing for 2147 I am July 29th applicant and with this trend do see that I stand a chance
