As you have got AOR so now you can send copy of updatedpassport.
No notorised copy required, but if you send notorised then that's fine too.
You need not to send any forms for this.
Just copy of passport and one simple self explanatory letter on plain paper where mention you file number and details of changes in your file and proof which you are attaching to it.

Did anyone updated NDVO regarding change in documents after receiving AOR.

I want to update NDVO regarding the new passports I just received for me and my spouse.Do I need to send the Notarized copies of the pages or simple photocopy will work.

Do I also need to send any updated form..As the forms I filled were based on my old passports.

Is there any other way?? Scan and send it online ???

Please let me know how to proceed.

I spoke with my consultant they said they want Notarized copies..

Fellas,

This forum is growing too fast and is getting filled with unwanted information.
In the light of keeping the essence of this forum intact, I have few recommendations:
1) Please do not congratulate folks on getting a PER, AOR, etc.
2) If an application is rejected, please don't over sympathize. Indeed it is a big setback for the individual, but come to think of it, 70% of this forum is now filled with useless congratulatory and condolences.
3) Please make an attempt to go through the FAQ created by JIGSZY. Trust me, it is very simple to understand and most of your queries are answered in it.
4) Before posting a query, if you don't find answer in the FAQ, search for it using the search function on this forum or Google. If you are not able to find any info in your searches, you must post your question here.
5) If someone has posted useful information, please click on “Good” so that they get a +1 and they are motivated.
6) Avoid posting loud and large graphic files. We know you have talent, but this is not the place to show that.

I know that this may not sound pleasant, but in the end we all look forward to this forum and it will look better if it is devoid of irrelevant text.

It was suggested in the early days, and Jigszy created the chit-chat forum, but noone was interested in it, so in the end we were left with this one
One of the reasons people disappear from the forum once they receiver PER is there are too many pages to follow each day, so people cannot be bothered. I do not blame them ...

Hey Sandy, All you need to send are regular copies of the passport. For your own peace of mind you can send notarized ones. Please remember to include your UCI.....and address the package to include the program you applied for and your UCI. You do no need to send any additional form. You can send a cover letter explaining the changes.

Wait or keep calling......Even if you email it will take over 2 weeks to get a response. The cap seems to have been filled before this date.

2174 applicant. File reached on 03.06.13.
No UCI No / No E-mail / Cannot get through on telephone (Tried ridiculous amount of times)
What can I do?

This is hard to answer ATI007, usually you get it back by at most 2 months......BUT it can be much longer....even for you who was so close to the cap, they may keep your file even longer in the buffer group....in the event others fall out.......may be even November before you get the file back......This is my opinion. Hopefully you get it sooner rather than later.

I also have new passport, just waiting for my wife passport.
Had a talk with our consultant today, they will do it on our behalf. We have paid them, so use them.

Sometimes after the cap is met CIC keeps a few extra files ( files that would have been next in line) and pull applicants from this batch in the event that something goes wrong with one of the applications from persons who were deemed to have fallen within the cap. ( Not sure if I am explaining clearly enough....maybe others can jump in and help)

What SINESTRA said was already communicated by JIGZYY,

MANY PEOPLE ARE JUST POSTING CONGRATS ON EACH AND EVERY AOR!! And proud to be CHAMPION MEMBER!!! After completig 1000 post, it is required to show some maturity here, number of post are not important , you help others are important , if you forget to say congrats then that's fine but what is required is not to forget to help other when they ask something.

Few days ago, people was congratulating just becaz of getting status of champion member, this is funny, isn't it??!! Heights of immaturity.

Also please stop wish birth day on forum , it is always good to wish as we all are now become best friend , so it is advise to wish them by sending PM.

NOw , one more thing I would like to say is creator who create the forum required few clicks so it is not like that islandbabe says is final , everyone are equal to share their idea , suggestion.

To me , Islandbabe or jigzy are great not because they create forum but because they creat tracker becaz it requires lot of efforts. If you stay on this forum for 2 days , you will come to know their efforts.
In addition to this , Rawdah,Amit,mania,and other admin, sorry I forgot name , are doing great and putting lot of efforts.

It is high time the thread be kept clean and to the point. With the level of thread content these days, I am reluctant to post anything, neither can I gather courage to read through 20 pages in a go while I know if I did I'll regret in the last that I learned nothing or helped no one.

Whoever the creator might be, it is the duty of fellows to take the ownership and contribute in a healthy fashion and post relevant information that catches the reader's interest. Newcomers won't know but myself and many among us already feel the absence of quality posters from the beginning of days, don't we?

Congratulations & Condolences can never stop but can be passed in a decent way by not quoting the entire post but addressing the poster with ' @ name'. This saves a lot of space and unnecessary reading. Even if that hurts one can use the Personal Message option for peer-to-peer talks or condolences or congratulations and anything he/she pleases.

I also expect the moderators to mentor the individuals on such matters and encourage everyone to stick to rules and maintain clutter-free conversations. You guys should be empowered by ban hammering and deleting unwanted posts.

Last but not least and the most annoying of all; improper use of grammar and incorrect sentence formation by those who sat IELTS and are planning for Canada.
