While filling the form, you will get an option where you have to mention the qualification details which you are providing for assessment. When you select the option, the page will display the necessary documents which you have to send through courier. Please ensure to fill the form completely and you have to register with your complete education details i.e., from 10th to higher education.
you can make the payment through only credit card instead of DD/Cheque as payment through credit card is the easiest way (if you don't hold credit card, please take help of your near and dear one's who already has).
Pease take a screenshot of the screen after making the payment and confirming the SERVICE ID.
