Warsaw visa office also have to follow the criteria of 2013 applications like other offices (LVO, NDVO, COLOMBO, PARIS ....), THEY SHOULD NOT WORK SIMILAR TO A SEPARATE ISLAND. I think we have to send E-Mail to Warsaw and ask them about 2013 applicants. NDVO and LVO also have much more 2011,2010...
