How could i miss this forum for this long.. anyways

I have applied under NOC 2147
Application send on 24th July
Application Received 29th July
Ielts 7.5

Anyone who can predict of chances falling in the cap..?

As you can see from the recent update, it is very crucial to determine at this point as to when exactly the third most popular NOC, 2147 will be hitting the cap. However, according to some of the experts on the forum, 2147 will be good till mid July at the most. I don't mean to discourage you in any way and this is just a mere prediction. It's all contingent upon CIC 's discretion eventually

@deedohad: did you try calling CIC call center to check if they have a UCI created for you? I pray you hear something positive.

Hong Kong VO applicants Dan Marino48, Beythsky and Kencreech, any update/additional updates from your VO, specifically Medical Requests.....Your Vo is by far the fastest with basically 0 backlog, so you may be looking at an overall processing time of 6-9 months. Good Luck to you all.

there were so many applicants already got medical request who got RBVO at the end of July from HK VO, and even got MER and RPRF now !!!!
However, No more responses for the applicants after that, just like me, RBVO on 1st Aug, still no ME yet....

Wondering whats happening?????

For others, let us keep our hope and let some miracle happen.

Very much mixed feelings here. So happy for those who have received good news in this waiting game. And quite sad for those who see their dreams flying away. I know it's quite hard to know exactly what to do next but not to worry I believe other options exist out there, do more of research, talk to people on this forum and elsewhere and those dreams can still come true.

A suggestion: Admins can help succor these guys by adding information on other options of migrating to Canada in the FAQ.

And for those of us still waiting, much prayers go to God on our behalf, really hoping and praying, no missing document/info, no problem with payment and finally able to meet the cap.

Rupees is sinking & Canadian dollar is at 61..... When i sent the file, funds was 24000 and now it is 20000. Please let us know on what basis they will calculate Funds? will it make a difference?

Currency conversion rate@the date when bank signed the fund letters. So do not worry.

Does anyone know exactly what date is CIO working on for 2147 applications? I was under the impression that 2147 applications received till June 06, 2013 have begun to be processed, as reported by one of the forum members here more than a week back. Please dear members shed some light upon the current 2147 application date. Thanks!
