Today, Aug 21, have received email from CIC with saying "...our application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience..." . Most probably this is PER, please update the spreadsheet.

Hi,I am new to this forum.My application reached on 24th May under NOC 1112.No PER received yet and also no DD encashment.Cap already filled.Can any one please advise what is my propability of falling within the cap limit?I am worried.

I am in a quandry.

I have applied on June 5. Yesterday, I got my UCI by phone. However, following are still outstanding

1. DD and therefore PER
2. eCAS

Does having UCI mean there is some chance of getting PER? I am little nervous. I know this has been discussed several time in the forum but wasn't able to locate the thread successfully. FAQ was helful though. Any response from people who have experienced this situation is much appreciated. Thanks.

UCI means ur file was opened for evaluation.......u get uci no at the start of process....if anyone tell if someone's file is rejected , pls let me know if they send email to u regarding that and after how many days u receive ur file.....

May i know on what basis you are saying game is over?, did you receive package back or any other confirmation? , did you apply under NOC 2174 ? , what is your application received date.

2174 CAP Reached..

SFCanada, 30 May applicant got PER on 20 August and his DD was charged on 14th August. The CAP was 278 on 19th August.. It means there are some other applicants also who are due to receive the PER if CAP is number of ppl charged.
I am a 31 May applicant, hoping to hear from CIC. Otherwise it will be very heart breaking to miss the CAP by 1 day.

Any opinion seniors??

Mine is showing IN PROCESS on ECAS it means i m still in the game.

but i have not received any PER mail.

I am 2147 as well and my fee was encahsed on 13th Aug and my application was received on 29th May, so you can suppose CIC is processing 2147 applicants around 8th June now. However +/-5 days range is also applicable for any individual case so don't worry too much.

With current timelines, when do u expect 2147 to reach CAPS..???

mine file received was 10th July.. thinking if it would last until that

If you look at the spreadsheet which has details about how many folks from this forum got their CC/DD charged and compare it with the cap update provided by CIC, you can easily make out that its game over for applicants who have applied after 2nd week of june)

you must have received your email first from centralized-intake-office and when they transfer your file to your Visa office. your visa office sends you an email also. my visa office is New Delhi so i received an email from re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca . I think you missed your email they must have send it
