Which no. I use to call cic from riyadh. I called on +1 (613) 944-4000 the lady recived the call and said we r not authorized to give any details if call recieved from outside canada. Plz help me or give me any no.

Keep trying and you might get someone who will give you the details

Number is correct. It's just the way next person handles. Let them know that the cap status is up, and I am the 27th May applicants, wants to get my UCI or the info about the application etc .. I am little worried or tensed on the situation.. maybe someone will help.

Not sure how the NOC update works, some people say it gets update based on received applications, not charged ones, but looking specifically at NOC 2145. NOC cap says 1, joemimi reported CC charge today. At the same time on our spreadsheet we have a person 6th June with the same NOC. Hasn't reported CC charge yet, and he is not included in the NOC update?

On;y CIC knows the fact. o know bullyof(forum member) june 4 th applicant has UCI.

Sorry to hear that reddevil. I was hoping that my application may get accepted as well by seeing your case initially. I also did a mistake and forgot to attach a file with my package which was send again later on. Now I think that it should be returned as well. If I get it in my hand earlier than I may try to resend it as my NOC is 0211.

Who knows but do hope that you may apply again in next year.

Guys I wanna ask one question, If a person applied with DD and to encash it, it will take around 10 days by CIC. So during this process of encashment of DD, if the CAP is filled then the applicant will be IN or OUT. I mean will the applicant will be eligible to get PER/NER? I am sorry if I am repating the question here.

Sorry to break it to you, but looks like it's out of cap. I am not sure when they are going to start sending back the applications. But rough idea is around 2 ~ 4 months.
