I have been trying from two days to get my UCI. But unfortunately a lady picks a call and she doesn't want to give UCI.
When i said that many applicants have got this UCI from your office, she said that it is not mandatory to give it to all.

I really don't know what the hell is her problem with me and my voice.

Any trick to crack UCI???

I bet you have a very sweet voice and girls are very pleased to chat with you on the phone.

That is why she wants you to call her over and over again. May be she feels very lonely at work.
She just enjoying your company and afraid that as soon as you get what you want from her, she never hear from you again. That is every girl nightmare.
So, please understand her feelings and don't break her heart.
Keep calling.
As they say there is more than 60 ways to emigrate to Canada and one of them is through marriage.

Hi Admin,
In the excel we are maintaining(Applications received by NOC tab),we have assumed that

The Quota updated on CIC site = Forum NOC charged.

I Read the below post on the blog. As per below post, the application is considered in quota on initial receipt and evaluation.This step is quiet a few days before the NOC is charged.So a persons application may already be in quota, even though his NOC is not yet charged !

So if your NOC is not charged as yet for 2174 and 1112 but have submitted the applications in June and July, there is still some hope .. ??? ???

Any comments / views on this ?




Process on a previous post :
If it is determined that... the application meets the requirements
pursuant to R10, including the application
kit requirements in place at the time of
application receipt proceed to assess the application against
ministerial instructions (Section 9) - cap is calculated
IF the application does not meet the
requirements pursuant to R10, including
the application kit requirements in place at
the time of application receipt
return the application to the applicant as
incomplete.
The CIO will record in GCMS () that an
application was received and returned to the
applicant, and will take no further action unless
a complete application, as outlined above, is
made.

If the application... meets all the criteria of applicable
Ministerial Instructions
will make a final positive determination of
eligibility for processing andut the application into process and inform the
applicant (Section 9.1); () and
proceed with assessing the application against
minimum requirements (Section 10).

At this point you would have been charged, cap is adjusted if you did not pass this process , hense explains the -1 update

I was so happy and slept peacefully... when i woke up in the morning i saw a text from my bank that my cc has been charged on 20-08-2013... yuhoooo!!!!

Admins pls update..... now waiting for my PER!!

Buddy i used the same strategy but it did not work in my case. I emailed on 31st July, no reply yet.
I mentioned this on phone, but she argued that now the time line has changed and you need to send an email after 10 weeks only to get reply (earlier it was 6-8 weeks i think). She confirmed an email id as well on which i had mailed just to find my mistake. but she was not able to find any mistake. so she declared that it is not mandatory to give UCI

Do you know their tea-break. I will call immediately after break. ;D

I emailed on 22nd July and got reply on monday so you will get your email reply in next week probably

Nothing yet, but it is a little bit soon to worry. The average time between fees and PER is 9 days but a few members waited for more than 15 days.

There is a link below the flag. From where (which site) you get this link. As opening this link it will show the application received by the CIC on different dates. However the discussion on this board is different.

As per the link it under 2113, it shows that the 4th Application was received on 20th Aug, 2013, however the discussion on board says that the application received till the start of June is 4.

Under the head 2174, it shows application received till 9th August, 2013 (and still there are seats in filling up cap) however the discussion on board says that the application received till the start of June is 278.

Under the head 1112, it shows application received till 6th August, 2013 (and still there are seats in filling up cap) however the discussion on board says that the application received till the start of June is 292.

Positive I would say - it indicates...

1. CIC are doing very thorough checks, so perhaps the VO end of things will go quicker
2. Your file hasn't been rejected for being incomplete etc
3. Your job details will by now have been verified (presumably they got the positive info they needed on the phone)

u got your PER??? According to sheet your application received on 27th of MAY but it is not mentioned that your got your PER???
