hello friends, this is really very very strange for me that no body is very much concern about file transfer to VO. if some one contact to local VO then please share some information.i especially request all NDVO applicants please share some information about file transfer.so,i hope somebody will surely share some information.

i think ppl r quiet happy with their PERs...no one seems to be interested in AOR...
there r many early applicants who got their pers long back but arevery quiet abt their AOR...
guys pls speak up...

I have some interesting point to share --

My application had my wife and 2 children on it. Me and my wife already have a UCI from our previous Canadian visitor visa (Call Centre agents had confirmed earlier that UCI will remain same for a person forever). My kids havent applied/travelled ever to Canada hence no UCI..

To clarify confusion if cap update of 233 in NOC 2174 refers to application recieved or cc charged, i thought of calling CIO and asking for UCI for my kids. Lady confirmed that no UCI has been generated for my kids as yet and she couldnt see their details in the system either. She though mentioned of details from my previous visitor visa application and also mentioned that there is no update on the system about my fsw application.

I think this is sufficient evidence to prove that CAP update pertains to charged applications only and not to received/complete applications

I haven't received any email from CIC after my CC charges on 8th July.
So, i sent an email to CIC on 19th July.

I got the reply from CIC today morning.
Here is the email:

Good Morning,.

File# E000XXXXXX

Your file is with our office and you will be contacted in due course.

I have used this file number and status is "In Process" with message "We received your application for permanent residence on May 10, 2013."

So, Can i consider it as PER or still i have to wait?
