Hello,I just called cic and got my client ID number,i guess today is my lucky day,after 9 weeks waiting ,i finally get something from cic..Does this mean my application package has been opened but still being reviewed? Please advise.

Btw.my application was received on 13 June ,Noc=2147

write email to ur local VO and ask them if ur file has reached them and also tell them bot ur marital status.. they wil ask u to send some docs and fees..

there is no way u can call nova scotia.. but yes call at call center at

select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback
