I want to ask a question since my cousin have applied in NOC 1112 and her application reached on 21st May 2013 and she had used "USE OF REPRESENTATIVE FORM" which is her (uncle donno why) but she did as she tell. And he(Her uncle) is there in Canada and he provided his CC details but no sign so far for CC being charged and nor the application status is in their system as her uncle called CIC. What does that mean?? Is She rejected or what please reply as she is pretty worried. Thanks

For NOC 1112 cic did not charge any applicant this week from 23 may...last week 22nd may applicants were charged... sometimes it take slightly longer to processes certains files... maybe they r still working on her file... what was the return address she provided in her application? If.he provided her uncle's address in canada God forbid if cic would have returned her file it would have reached back to her by now... tell her to stay positive. ..

@Ayaz123 also tell ur cousins to join the forum & add her details... its going to be helpful for n the spreadsheet users as well.

Hi All,

I'm currently working in Canada in a skilled B position at a bank. I have 3 years of work experience in position 1112 (Financial and investment analysts) in India. I have a bachelor's degree from India and a Canadian post graduate certificate in Financial Planning. I am on a post graduate work permit (open work permit) and it expires on July 2014. I want to apply for my PR under the FSW category. Unfortunately I'm currently not eligible to apply under CEC because I don't have 1 year Canadian work experience. I have a couple of questions on applying for FSW from within Canada. Can someone please advise?

1. Can I apply for FSW from within Canada?
2. Can I apply with an open work permit? I have a full time job offer and I'm currently a full time/permanent employee at the bank.
3. How long does it take for CIC to issue an approval? I understand that after an approval has been issued I can apply for a bridge work permit.
4. Do I have to submit an ECA report? I already have a Canadian post graduate certificate.
5. Do I have to submit a police verification certificate? I'm already in Canada and I'm working here. If so, is it recommended to submit it while applying or after applying?

Much appreciate your advise!

Thanks

Hi All,
Congrats to those you got their Fees encashed/PER!
The average wait time for Fee Encashment was around 60 days from application submission, however now it seems to be 70 days? Hopefully this should not increase further day by day. As per the spread sheet, CIC started charging 27th May Applicants, going forward the wait time should reduce, isn't it or can it go beyond 70. With this, the applicants from June/July would certainly become impatient.

Hi, I had one question in mind, the visa office for entire middle east is London, how come we have applicants in spread sheet mentioning Visa Office as Abu Dhabi? Or is it that those applying from middle east can mentioned local embassy as well?
cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
The above link says Federal Economic Immigration applications are processed in London, so does this implied that those from Middle east should mentioned London as their Visa Office?

Thanks
