Yes I think you are eligible to apply under
1) FSW "arrange employment" category.
THere is no cap for this and you would probably need LMO.. , SO TRY THIS OPTION
Other senior members please advise also !!
2) for FSW NOC category , you had almost missed chance , because already 131 slots got filled this week
and as this occupation and its brother occupation 1122 have been from past two years also in this FSW scheme so very bleak chances
if you apply now under this scheme , because you have to arrange documents also ..which will consume atleast 2-3 week time.
Hope this helps and other may advise you , seniors..please anyone !! ??? ?

I'm currently working in Canada in a skilled B position at a bank. I have 3 years of work experience in position 1112 (Financial and investment analysts) in India. I have a bachelor's degree from India and a Canadian post graduate certificate in Financial Planning. I am on a post graduate work permit (open work permit) and it expires on July 2014. I want to apply for my PR under the FSW category. Unfortunately I'm currently not eligible to apply under CEC because I don't have 1 year Canadian work experience. I have a couple of questions on applying for FSW from within Canada. Can someone please advise?
1. Can I apply for FSW from within Canada?
2. Can I apply with an open work permit? I have a full time job offer and I'm currently a full time/permanent employee at the bank.
3. How long does it take for CIC to issue an approval? I understand that after an approval has been issued I can apply for a bridge work permit.
4. Do I have to submit an ECA report? I already have a Canadian post graduate certificate.
5. Do I have to submit a police verification certificate? I'm already in Canada and I'm working here. If so, is it recommended to submit it while applying or after applying?
Much appreciate your advise!
Thanks
