Hi ALL,
I am new to this forum. Applied for FSW through a consultant, he is not providing actual date of submission however informed me that the application was submitted to CIC around 18th June.
By when should I expect the charge for my application?
Dear Admin,please update my details

App Rec: 18 June
IELTS : 7
Spouse IELTS : Yes
Relative in Canada :No
Job Offer : No

PLZ Note that CIC clearly indicated that it doesnt accept online payments for skilled worker

here's the statement :
Fill out the Fee Payment Form (IMM 5620) and include it with your application. We currently do not accept online payments for skilled workers.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp
then go to tab of pay application fees

we still must pay by CC or DD .. take care

Can anyone tell me is there difference in AOR and PER. or both are same.

please tell me what does NER stands for

PER - Positive Eligibility Received (Your application received at CIO has passed the completeness check successful and your application is within the CAP and the application will be send to local visa office for processing)

AOR - Acknowledgement Of Receipt ( Issued by the local visa office once the file has been reached them for processing send from CIO canada. This stage is next after you receive PER)

NER - Negative Eligibility Received (Your application received at CIO has failed the completeness check OR your application has reached after the CAP filled . Your application will be returned to you along with the processing fees.)

Sad news from some of the visa offices , relating to the strike action :

Payment method options

Payment of fees online is the preferred method of payment.
On line fee payment

Resources required

You can pay your fees on line if you have:

a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
access to a computer with an Internet connection
a valid e-mail address
access to a printer (you will need to print the receipt)

Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions to pay using the Internet.

Go to Pay my fees online at the CIC website.
Follow the on-line instructions.
At the end, click on the button to print the CIC official receipt with barcode.

Note

Note. Do not exit without printing the receipt!

Fill in the Payer Information Section by hand.
Attach the bottom portion (copy 2) of this receipt to your completed application.

Proof of payment

The receipt printed off of the Internet in step 2 of the instructions above will serve as your proof of payment.

The online payment option does NOT include Federal Skilled Worker Program, so no need to worry. The options included are as follows:

Application fees for permanent residence in Canada

  • Family Class (spouse or common-law partner, parents, grandparents, adopted children and other member of family)
  • Quebec Skilled Workers
  • Provincial Nominee
  • Protected Person in Canada
  • Live-in Caregiver
  • Humanitarian and Compassionate
  • Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class
  • Permit Holder's Class
  • Canadian Experience Class

Ohhkkk...I see that FSWP is still not included in online fee payment. What the heck? They still don't have good IT infra to process online payment.

Mate,
Never ever try any other tracker apart from CIC website..
It has all ur information.
This website has been developed by someone and once u type in ur details ., the creator can access ur file. its not authentic. ( im not saying that the developers intentions are wrong) its like handing ur details to me and the next moment i can write to cic to withdraw the case on ur behalf.
be careful friends. dont let ur hardwork go ruin.
I would only type my details in cic.gc.ca
Moreover u don't need to log into E-Cas everyday, once a week is fine,
there are no major updates everyday!
these r my thoughts, if you want u can do anything

+1 for you.

Forget abt the rule books.
If you dont specify your visa Office, Application will be returned.
Look at the earlier post a video link has been posted which says what to be done.
Not everything is mentioned in rule books some are marked with *** and not readable.
Do not give them a chance of being in doubt.
Hope it helps.

I believe, this time CIO wouldn't return any package because of not filling VO as oppose to 2010/11 OP bulletin

As per OP06b, apps received on or after Jun 26, 2010:
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(c) of the IRPR, applicants are required to, among other things, specify a visa office that is compliant with R11 on their IMM 0008 (07-2011).
Applicants who do not complete this part of the IMM 0008 correctly, e.g. leave it blank or specify any office that is not a visa office, have not complied with paragraph R10(1)(c). As per section 12 of IRPR, the CIO will return the entire application including the cost recovery fee to the applicant.

However there is no mention of such rule in the OP06c issued for May 4, 2013 applicants.

I think 2013 applicants are safe even though they have not mentioned the VO.
Trust this suffices.

Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.

Where wld CIO send the file if you dont state the VO. will they guess it or will be determine it using your country of birth or your present country of residence.
Nobody works hard .
i dont want any ones's rejection but minor things does affect our application. We have done a lot of hard work and thats why i want everyones application to be accepted.

Dear amit,
They do have excellent IT infra, if they can accept online fees for one program then they can accept for any other program too.
But since the processing style differs from Program to Program hence they MIGHT have not included FSWP program in online Fee Payment

Since the FSWP program is managed by caps and program deadlines, it might not be efficient for CIC to accept payment of all applicants and then be forced to start refunding the applications fees. It is much more easier to not charge your CC or to return your DD along with your documents when either the cap is full or the program year has ended.

Correct. It is charge-as-you-go until the cap is filled up.
