There was no category for FSW but in the CIC online payment FAQs it was mentioned that the Amount matters and not the category so I paid the fees online and they sent a receipt to my email. I just attached the receipt with the payment form. Just making sure there is no CC or DD realization problem.
Wow....I just read guide again and yes, u r right...Online fee payment is acceptable.
Why the hell, I didn't do that...its much simpler than DD and CC.

Instructions
Follow these step-by-step instructions to pay using the Internet.
Go to Pay my fees online at the CIC website.
Follow the on-line instructions.
At the end, click on the button to print the CIC official receipt with barcode.

Fill in the Payer Information Section by hand.
Attach the bottom portion (copy 2) of this receipt to your completed application.
Proof of payment
The receipt printed off of the Internet in step 2 of the instructions above will serve as your proof of payment.
