The process is:-

Apply -> FEE ENCASH -> PER/AOR (UCI and File Number allocation) -> AOR2/FILE TRANSFER TO YOUR VO/CHC -> ADDITIONAL REQUESTS (IF ANY e.g. Interview / Additional Documentary Proofs) -> MEDICALS -> PASSPORT REQUEST -> VISA STAMP

guys..it is:
AOR->UCI->PER..right?

I had a similar intention and went through the CIC website for any such possibility.

What I found is:-

1) they do not provide Study Visa files in ECAS, they are only available with the respective VO/CHC.

2) Moreover, there is no UCI number on my refusal letter of 2004 Study Visa.

So, I could figure out anything from that letter.

Do anybody else have any further suggestions, please ?

And the reason for that is that Dexter only appeared on the scene from 21 May onward. Relax
Yes, but since some people under Mike and Glen were charged in less than two months, Dexter should've started charging already.

Hi Seniors,

Just want to check if the one who received application will also the one to do the the completeness check? Coz Dexter received my documents and worried also since still no CC being charge for applicants received by him.

That is because applications for 21 May have not started being charged yet.

Dexter did not sign for ANY applications received before 21 May.

So far applications until 17 May are being charged. And Dexter did not sign for any applications before 21 May.

Maybe Dexter just started his job at CIO on 21 May.

When applicants whose applications were received on 21 May start getting charged, then applications signed for by Dexter will also start getting charged.

If applicants for 23 May start getting charged excluding applications signed for by Dexter, THEN we will have something to worry about.

Until then, let's not give poor Dexter a bad name.

Common please stop...Mike, Dexter and what have you are simply couriers who work out of court. The guys who takes care of business like reviewing our files are seniors and couldn't have sat at the gate collecting applications.

+1 for this. They even may not be only couriers but still, why do we presume we can connect them with our specific cases?

hahaha loved that part where you said dexter probably started his job on 21st May...he may have already resigned after reviewing his appraisal comments over here :D

Hope people leave the poor guy alone...it's fun to see so many different aspects of this discussion

Try old work/ study permits, if you have been issued before. They might have UCI number, although not sure if CIC would use the same for FSW application.

Another possibility Dexter/ other messengers would have resigned is due to the tonnes of application packages which they have to carry daily .. none of them would have expected doing heavy lifting in such a cool job @ Chill-In-Cool place :'(
