Yeah true, should not be a problem I think as per what CIC said,

When you apply as a federal skilled worker with a foreign educational credential, an original ECA report must:

be included with your application along with proof of your foreign credential,
be issued on or after the date the organization was designated by CIC,
not be more than five years old on the date that CIC gets your application, and
show your credential is equal to a completed Canadian one.

I don't understand why you are so eager for the cap to be full. I see all your posts regarding the cap full for the hot NOC's. Please allow some more poor souls to be along with you in your boat. If you feel the cap is full, keep it to yourself and let us wait for an update from CIC. Don't break 100's of hearts saying the cap is full so soon. NOM.

There's a tough competition between NOC 1112 and NOC 2174 for the hottest NOC spot. ;D

Hi guys, just spoke to a nice lady at the call centre and was told that my application was recd.
by them on the 10 may and gave me client identity number and were working on my file.
So far my cc has not been charged..
Please give ur advice as to my chances to make it.

5) and all other documents which is required to furnish to CIC

joe, i don't know where you got this info, but my source states differently. the documents checklist, which is the main document around which all other documents should have been prepared for fsw1 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf, says that originals that ought to be sent are language test, PCC,photos and fee payment form. original that should be at hand at the time of travel is the work experience letters if not in english. i double checked this with the immigration consultant that worked with me while preparing documents, and she said that's correct. that's my experience.

There's a tough competition between NOC 1112 and NOC 2174 for the hottest NOC spot. ;D

I bet it would be 1112 as most of the MBA guys expected/knew there would be requirement from CIC unlike 2174 which no one expected. Given this, most of the 1112 might be prepared in advance, even before the CIC announced the NOC's for 2013.

Copies:

and all other documents which is required to furnish to CIC

Attested:
Translated document & the copy of the original that is used for translation

EDIT: Copies are fine if you sending other kind of proof and are not limited to Bank Certificate / Statement.

I hope you are not mistaking 'Fee payment' which is original with settlement fundd otherwise known as proof of funds and the requirement stated on the checklist is 'copies'

Congrats Janey with the record... 1 day for Per. Great job CIC again confirming that all the requisite checks are being made BEFORE they take payment this year.

Received PER email from CIO 11 July-24 hours after CC charged.
