Why do I have this feeling CIC will start charging CCs and updating caps in a manner never seen before starting next week.

I really hope so! I have another 5-6 weeks to wait with the current tempo

guys, my CC has been charged! just in time when my credit card has been reactivated lol.... as per confirmation from the bank, it was charged July 2, pls update the spreadsheet.

Floxzy, I hope you are right. A whole lot of people are anxiously waiting, the sooner they can get some good news the better!!! This thing can be quite stressful.

I ordered this: April 23, 2013 FSWP Credential Assessment Package 1 $180.00
Under order history it says Service Level: FSWP Credential Assessment
I received 2 copies, so I am guessing CIC would be able to verity it online?

When I click View Report it openes up a separate page on the top of which it says:

Please note that educational institutions that are AccessWES members can see your evaluation right now! Ask your institution(s) if they are AccessWES members

Relax barcomi! you have FSWP Credential Assessment Package on your side and you are fine. I am sure CIC is AccessWES member!

So somehow it is confirmed that they first do an eligibility + MI review and then cash the applicant. @ aditya_ you might got your answer as well.

Well, not quite... If wee see Tolete's case: he has been charged already but CIC then asked for another ECA report to confirms his credentials. So, this clearly shows that some validations are performed after fees are collected.

Just got off the phone from Call Center. Still no cash updates from them. But I got File # & UCI from them. The last time they worked on it was yesterday night. According to them, they haven't made an eligibility decision yet.

Congrats buddy, just use ur UCI to check on line, if u have ur adderess there, u will be safe!

About calling CIC, and asking for information. I have just had a long conversation with one of the call center agents, and she insisted they do not have a mandate to give us information, though it is not impossible to look up data. She said it is forbidden to go around this, and initially those agents, who do this, play with their jobs...

True or not, this explains why some of us are lucky, and most of us aren't...

Hey Jigzyy can you please do this (ie check online using UCI) because I am freaking out a bit as when I check online with the UCI they gave us for my husband last night it says they can't find us.
