Congrats ITGuy, congrats. I wish I could get great news like you did but my lawyer has not yet submit my app for me T_T. I hope they will do that within this week, otherwise I am definitely out of the game and need to wait for years... Poor me T_T.

This is mutthu.. want to apply under NOC 2134, but i have 2 problems :

1.
I have the experience letter showing my designation, current salary, and the time of leaving the company on the company letter head. BUT I dont have ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES written on it. The company refuses to give Reference letter
MY QUERY --- Is there any other alternative for this

2.
I worked there as a chemical engineer, all the jobs and responsibilities match those given in NOC list, but my designations were a. " MANAGER " and b. " FIELD OPERATION AND PANEL ENGINEER". -
MY QUERY---- CAN U PLEASE HELP me that whether I can apply with the above written designations on the reference letter(if i get the one)

1. If you are unable to get reference letter from the company itself, then try getting the same from your manager or colleague with roles and responsibilities.

2. Check for the duties of the NOC on CIC, highlight the duites that are mentioned on the CIC website which you perform and mention the appropriate designation on the reference letter.

Given the NOC, you should be fine I think. But, no one is sure about the actual number of applications with CIC for each NOC.
With more CAP updates from CIC, we should have a clear picture in the coming weeks.
