-- But manager don't have the LETTER HEAD of the company, Is it possible to take the reference letter on Plain paper signed by the Manager OR Mail Print out from the manager/ colleague from the company website


-- I have seen the duties of NOC on CIC, but as per my experience letter from the company and joining letter the Designations are not CHEMICAL ENGINEER" -- does this matter ?? Although I can get the ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES as in NOC of CIC. -- Do u think this is a problem ??

It is better to get the mail print from the manager from the company website if letterhead is not available. Also, attach a cover letter explaining the same.

As long as your roles and responsibilities match with that of NOC on CIC, it doesn't really matter about the designation. Different organisations assign different designations though employees perform similar duties.

Shady work by admins....This guy posted his details on page 529, 533 and I can see lot of posts by admins after that but fail to add the details of this guy.
Now he is posting for the third time, lets see what they do abt it.

Buddy...its all volunteer by members itself. Glad that Jigzzy and other have taken the lead but at the same time new members need to be encouraged to post their details and add themselves here in this forum to reflect the truest picture of apps received. I am not accusing anyone but someone posting it for 3 times needs proper attention.

Admit the fact that your wording was wrong apologize and move on. Calling their actions shady makes it seem like an intentional omission which I doubt is the case. You could still have brought it to their attention using a different choice of word.

Amit, the updates should be posted in green. And this could have been a rare overlook by the guys . Shady isn't the appropriate word to be used here. These guys have done a great job so far and will continue to do it. I see your point but you are conveying a wrong message buddy.

One of the biggest advantages of our community here is we are able to understand exactly which dated applications are curently being processed. This is a blessing. Otherwise we would have been restricted to F5 ing the Cap updates official page and of course being clueless on what's happening. All the participants on the spreadsheet should be commended for this massive chain of data flow. Hopefully everyone here brings a good news. Cheers.....

Not sure if i understood what you are saying.
I guess you should get the Name corrected by the concerned authorities. Photocopy and Then get it notarized if translation is involved.

Tell the same thing to the issueing authority and get the certificate corrected. Unless the birth cirtificate is included, application will not be considered complete.

You can send the following set of documents in lieu of the birth certificate:-

1) An affidavit with oath that you have not been issue any birth certificate and the date of birth on your passport and matriculation certificate is correct. (It is a standard affidavit, you can get it from any notary)
and
2) Notarized copy of Passport Bio pages with D.O.B.
and
3) Notarized copy of Matriculation Certificate with D.O.B.
