Hi Forum Members,

I'm engg graduate with 10+ years exp & working in USA right now. I'm interested in new FSW program. My occupation fall under :2174 - Compyter programmer and media developers." I'm hinking to apply for this year quota, but I have not applied for IELTS exam yet & education evaluation yet. Need to start...

If I start now then by Spet I would be ready with IELTS score & evaluation. Considering total 300 application for 2174 category, do you it is good idea to put all effort in applying under this year FSW program. My worry is 300 is not big number & theat could have reached by now.

Recentally I contacted one lawyer "A & K" and ask them for sugestion but they are saying I might get quialified & I should try applying under this year quota..But again my worry is if 300 reached then I will loose my money & time both...Please suggest!!!!

You are too late for this year and I guess on time for next year. Remember, haste makes waste!!

Don't fall for the lawyers, they are just making you a client. September would be very very late for 2174. Try to get an arranged employment and apply on behalf of AEO.

And to end this day in a happy note, while hoping for news on CC/DD/web updates I decided to search on Facebook for M.Krszwda...And it did find a girl called Morgan Krszwda from Nova Scotia, but I don't think she's handling our case because she looks very young (and attractive if I can say so )....Apparently Krszwda is a common name in NS

hhaha, just searched. She's indeed very young to handle cases, but she could be the receiver of the applicant. Krszwda does seem to be very popular in Sydney Nova Scotia, and I think Angela Krszwda is somewhat related to application receiver

Really Really weird now. Other than me, two called and got the same response, except me :s What did she tell?
I can guarantee this that I don't have a very 'sweet' tone, but, Canadian Girl Representatives always helped me out from ECA till today & also helped me get 8.5 in speaking :

she said that she doesn't have access to oversees app.
and she advised me to send an e-mail ???

anyway, my husband will call tomorow

Does anyone have a sense of what have been the most common reasons for applications being returned as incomplete (apart from the old/new schedule 3 form issue)?

I had a look at the spreadsheet but it's not very telling...

Guys, I would like to inform you that i got sms at 8:54 Nova Scotia Time stating that my CC got cashed by IMMIgration Canada FS

I am so relieved now, it seems i am the first one to be cashed today

and that means that they started to work in applications of May 10th from last week as Jiggzy said
