Goosh, this thread is expanding like hell in the last 20 hrs :o

JIGZYY Please Martha was not denied Visa so to say visa rejected on her field, I think its still too early since she has simply re-applied and still on this thread. I guess denials can start counting after the CAP is declared filled for 2013.
So Martha is still in the game. Just my opinion.

Jigzyy upload all pages. I just scanned the first page of the schedule 3, cause everyone knows how the rest of the pages look like.

Marta could you tell us if you received only a letter or an email as well?

She stated it was a letter dated May 30, 2013

Seriously. People need to chill. I can see people panicking like crazy. We need to chill guys.
Those who already sent their application, nothing can be done till CIC replies so take it easy. Dont think too much. Whats done is done.

Personally I am waiting for either CC charge or app return. rest is all a moo point.

You are quite right, I'm really panicky because I used Staple pins and did not put Not Applicable in my page 2 of supllementary travels.
We all have to wait for their decisions

Hahhaha I can just imagine them sending a letter stating "Sorry, please unstaple your application and resubmit." :P

I wouldn't worry about it. You are alright man.

I'm so sorry Marta to hear such news, but as other others said, you still can re-apply as it won't cost you more than another courier especially if you are applying from USA.
Since you have applied early I assume you have used the generic form imm0008 (12-2012), is this true? this might give us a hint if they accept this version of the form as they haven't indicated it in their letter.

I have the same question, Marta can really help here.

I too stapled my forms while submitting :o

Sorry to hear Martha news. Since her rejection letter was sent on May, 30th, I believe that "no news is good news" for the firsts applications located near to Canada...

Friends ,
Can this be a cause for concern ?

" IN the background declaration form, I over looked that it has to be Mother name at her birth and i filled her present name and not maiden name. "

Can this sail through?

Thanks, I most likely will.
BTW, I'm not sure what you meant about the notary statement in national language - did you mean the statement from the certified translator that he/she is actually certified etc?
I actually got that statement (affidavit) in English from my translator(s).

During previous years there was a rule of each copy of the original document being notarized by notary public and accompanyed with certified translation. I had been preparing my application for the last six months so each of my document is both notarized copy with certified translation. Now the rule says it only has to be copy accompanyed with english translation. So you don't have to notarize the copy but I suggest you to better do the translation although your ID is billingual. I did it also, although my ID and passport are billingual as well because I had some consultations with candidates for orher programes and visas. They all had to do the same thing, even for the work&holiday program.

Marta. Im so sorry for what happened to you. I think we have the same dilemma. in my generic form my consultancy used generic form 12-2012. they used 5-2013 in schedule 3.

if that happened to you. well Im dead. I think the generic form is the foundation for the visa and schedule 3 is just infos of previous employers, JD's and dates of employment . :( oh well Im ready to face the music.....

see my discussion:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2013-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t146774.450.html

Hoping for the best for you Marta. Still hoping for a positive response.

Hi gnxredstar, could you contact your consultant on the older generic form. What do they say?
