To my thought, CIC will publish CAP count list for only genuine completed applications received after doing initial checks.
It dos'nt matter to them if 300 files received and 100 uncompleted applications.. so 200 will be genuine

hi jigzy,

i just want to know how sameer004's friend got an information from CIC? Can we call them or email them?

What i really don't understand is why they are taking that much time for just checking completeness of any file?!! I don't think it takes that much time, that's why i don't understand what they are doing there!

If i manage to immigrate i want to work in CIC just for the sake to understand what they are doing there exactly ;D

News Release — Government of Canada Announces Three Appointments to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada
Ottawa, May 24, 2013 — Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney today announced three full-time appointments to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
