just an observation, i think they will post the cic app count at 11 am since most of their updates in twitter is usually at that time...just a guess

Here I am, at the crossroads - WES just informed me they finally got all pieces together and that my certificate is scheduled at 6/5. Plus 7-10 more days to come to me, that's 6/15.

Unless I paid $113+$80 for 3 day service and intl express, in which case it will get here most likely until 6/6-6/7.

So... do I just quit right now or first give $200 extra and then learn cap is out? ???

At least u can see twitter, we Chinese cannot access to twitter or YouTube. :-(
Beside email, I think asking them on twitter is more efficient way...If I could access it I will ask.

I tweeted CIC(yesterday) and minister Kenney(just now)..I will update you if they answer(which I honestly think they won't)...For the Federal Trades Program did they post any cap count until now?

I suspect WES are a good hardworking bunch (quite overworked in fact), but it does feel like paying a bribe to get it done when they offer it that way doesn't it?!
I guess you may well regret your choice either way! I wasn't too sure what to do so I paid the extra and submitted my paperwork to CIC. Only time will tell...

Its the same with every one : ,even i had paid for a rush service though i had submitted my documents to them on the 21th of April. Because they would not deliver on the time they had promised earlier .Yet even after all the extra payment, I still receive my ECA on the 6th of may on the cheapest possible ,if not the slowest, courier service of ups. Quite Overworked ? sure lets go with that...

It will get delivered Thursday. From Mirabel, it'll go to Mississauaga, ON, than NB and the in Goffs, NS tomorrow. It'll stay for about 20 hrs. Than day after tomorrow, you'll get notification around 9.45 AM Nova Scotia Time that it's on delivery vehicle. Will be delivered around 10.45 AM
