all I can say is , have you include your passport copy with supplymentary forms which you send later..or have you include one signed application letter mentioning all details. If so then there are chances because CIC is verifying the eligibility and checking all docs are in place or not. if not then they might be keeping aside , however in your case supplimentary form reach later so they may consider your file.

I believe you will be consider as you have send your pending form later.

This will work if you provide for australia, canada and NZ immigration!
from next year Canada is also going to implement EOI process ..I think there are many thing you can include in your app. Its good to develop such a product.

Well the form clearly says to answer every question and leave nothing blank, put N/A or NONE in the areas that are not relevant to you. So it will be at the discretion of the person reviewing your file. I do not think this is a good enough to reject a file however, even in the 2011 group persons let off little things and still received AOR ( this I got from reading the 2012 forum) But as always this is only my opinion.

I am making my prediction based on the timeline for updates last year. I like everyone else am very eager for the cap update, but contrary to what some are saying we really are not behind the last intakes timeline. In 2011 CIC started accepting the applications on the 1st of July, the first cap update came 15 business working days later on the 21st of July. This time (2013) the technically started accepting applications on the 4th May ......add 15 business days and that would take us to the 27 of May ( Next Monday.....given that last Monday <20th> was a public holiday in Canada) given that, I estimated that we should be hearing something from CIC next week.

Having said all of that, whatever persons feel that they can do to get CIC to speed up our applications, then of course go ahead We each have to do our part.

Please go ahead with filing .. this entire thing is a game of LUCK..doesnt matter if jigzzy send his file in first week means he will get visa and if you send file on 1 june mean you wont. certainly cap is important but you should not loose the hope until CIC will not update cap details.

I am keeping assessing my chances against the following facts:

1. NOC 2174 is too popular
2. New CIC forms were published on May, 4th
3. The new requirements to provide educational evaluation
4. My application received on 23rd
5. 4/5/11/12/18/19/20 are weekends or national holiday
6. My application received on the 13th business working day.

Can anyone make an estimation on my chances !! :'(

In that case lawyer know how to keep your case if there is a problem in filing.
but personally I believe your cunsultant should not make such a mistake ..but don't spoil relation with your lawyer ..untill you get the visa!!

You can change your job at any point of time, but you MUST have to update CIC about changes in your employment/relationship/family ext.

Dont know how mailing will help, but I do want to know whether my application was in time,payment is taken or my form were complete. As i have several other things lined up, .

Question: My app was received on 17th may, still waiting to hear from cic like every one else. can i change job in next 4 weeks time, will the cap statues be released by then?
or shall i give CIC some more time ;D

Earlier it use to be within 2 month..but not sure how much time it will take this time..

how long normally does it take for the file number to be created so that i can send my police clearance certificate.....thanks in advance...
