Friend,
In the document checklist -there is question about spouse proficiency and another form asks Is your spouse proficient in English?..I am afraid that I check it saying YES but i have attached the written explanation along with my spouse test confirmation mail.my self sessment score more than minimum requirement without his result...will they refuse me stating incomplete documents without calculating my points.
Am worried alot. What should I do.now?

This is exactly my case, my score without my spouse IELTS was enough for us, so my spouse didn't have this IELTS exam and won't have it (unless they require it)... i was so confused that i changed it in the application and reprint it twice.
what i did at the end is that i wrote that she's speaking good english but i didn't include her IELTS.

My opinion is that the IELTS test for a spouse is not mandatory like the main applicant and the most important documents which they can cause to return the application for being missed are the mandatory ones.
My spouse is an english teacher, i can't write that she doesn't speak english, it would raise more red flags than just saying that she's speaking good english but we don't need her IELTS score for our application.

jigzyy help, My company doesn't have a direct email and website in the company letter head paper...it is only telephone and fax and the full address. Actually it is a group of companies so there is no website in the letter head i mean its website is belonging to the main office letter head not in my company letter head. What i used is my company letter head of course. Would it affect my application if the letter head doesn't have email and website?

will not matter at this stage. it will be cross checked at a later stage by local VO once your file is through fro CIO office. they might ask for originals also. However, it is good idea to attach your business card in the application.

will not matter at this stage. it will be cross checked at a later stage by local VO once your file is through fro CIO office. they might ask for originals also. However, it is good idea to attach your business card in the application.

so i have to send it again in later stage the number of the person who signed or his business card you mean? They will call or verify directly in the company right?

It shouldn't be. As not every company has its own website / email. If you have provided Phone / Contact information, than that should be fine. One of my previous employers din't have website. So he provided his regular email and contact info.

Thank you. The signatory of my reference didn't give the contact as it is because it is already written in the letter head. So if they want to call him they have to pass through that number and directly talk to him since his position in the company clearly satisfied if some ask it will directly go to him since he is GM.
