i'm new in this forum and i have not yet lodged my documents to the embassy under NOC 2263...but i'm hoping to lodge it within this week. do you think i can still make it?

With your NOC code of 2263, "Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety", it's unlikely that the cap is reached, anyway, no one knows what exactly number of applications already filed and accepted for each NOC code....like Prince DXB said, "don't waste time".

Thanks a lot...I totally agree with you that we should keep everything SIMPLE and TO THE POINT...rather than submitting unnecessary 20 page supporting documents...

Yes i will be sending a new form and request them to replace it. But i think again it depends on person handling my case, because if all documents are complete corresponding to "economic classes" form, then it shud not be a big issue!!! aint it?

What do all of you experienced guys think? I posted 06-2012 economic classes form, which is almost same, except two questions about IELTS of spouse and ECA. But both docs are attached in my application!! Do you think they will think about it and forget my mistake?

Nop it will not work as CIC will not accept any such request.... You can send disclose/change/modify request only after assingment of UCI number and only after your file trasfer to local visa office.... In your case You have to wait till your docs are back.

In this case, if he/she can prepare another application, he/ she can submit it right now, like my case, I did not put visa office requested and I submitted my second application 1 week later. Still not sure if it will be out of cap or not

Do not wait till yr docs are back because it will be too late!

And what if I submitted my documentation without my spouse IELTS result, my self sessment score more than minimum requirement without his result...will they refuse me stating incomplete documents without calculating my points.I have attached written explanation too that why I cannot submit my spouse result now...his test date is on 22 june 2013..

Hi all!
could it be a good idea for us to call CIO several times until we have at least an idea of when they will publish? At least they should say "in a week/a month/2 months...etc",anything but letting us wait every single day for updates!
Is the tel.number only available only for those in Canada? Can anybody call and try to get an accurate answer??...it's not a good idea to write to the Minister? the last thing on his mind is our list and we don't want him bothered....Anyway I saw him visiting the Silicon Valley community trying to attract business into Canada with Start up Visa, so FSW is not a priority to him...

Sopuse IELTS is not mandatory, its optional to get point... so if you met minimum requirement on your own than no issue.... But you should not check Spouse IELTS given in form other wise they can say that your application is incomplete....

In such case.. let c here.. when they pick up your first application that time your second on is way down in stack.. so they didnt know about your second application at the time of processing of your first application.... impact of processing is that they return it saying incomplete...

And than some days later they pick up your second application with Xerox copy of IELTS... so they reject it outride as they do not have original with them.....

It works if they hav assigned you UCI number BUT again you should submitt new payment detial in second applicaiton...as your payment of first apps will be duducted by CIC on assingment of UCI number. your status will be decision made and you will receive Email from them with explanation for your first apps....

In the document checklist -there is question about spouse proficiency and another form asks Is your spouse proficient in English?..I am afraid that I check it saying YES but i have attached the written explanation along with my spouse test confirmation mail.my self sessment score more than minimum requirement without his result...will they refuse me stating incomplete documents without calculating my points.
