I think your employer affidavit Should also be included. May be other references and explanation on how wrong impression was made mistakenly during physical verification time.

Sorry to hear that.....Aimer Le Canada, U got physical verification check on 14th Feb, what was the impression that time and what did you submit as working experience documents? You must gather the solid working proofs, references, payslips and utilize the 30 days period as fast as you can?
