I called CIC office and the agent (a very sweet voice) made me wait for only 2-3 minutes and said she doesnt have any info on my application. My application reached there on 31st May. She asked me for my email address and then sent the following:

Hi everybody, I'm from Iran and I've been in Canada for 7 months (live in Ottawa) and I'm applying for FSW. In IMM0008 form we are requested to mention "Immigration Office requested for processing this application". I'm confused... What should i write in this field?
and where should I end my application?

Dear Arash,

You need to write Ankara as your visa office since you could write CPP-O only if you were there for more than one year. In order for your application to be eligible in your country of residnece (other than your where you were borne), you have to satisify the officer that you have been to that country for over one year and you have to provide proof of admission as indicated in the checklist.

Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application

Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:

•your country of nationality, or
•the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.

Quick question: if one forgets to send spouse's travel information, does this qualify as grounds for application to be returned?

Supplementary Travel form is for Principal Applicant only. It is not required for spouse.

I think he forgot the spouse info from the form that he as the primary applicant filled in.

"You must complete all sections including those for your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying or
not) and each dependent child over the age of 18 (whether accompanying of not)"

I think he forgot the spouse info from the form that he as the primary applicant filled in.

"You must complete all sections including those for your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying or
not) and each dependent child over the age of 18 (whether accompanying of not)"

If that's the case, he's almost out of luck
