Hello all ! I've just received my medical request sheet and I saw that I have 60 days to run my medical tests. The problem is that i'm currently undergoing medical treatment for pleurisy ( still 4 more months of treatment to go ). Should I worry about the X-ray exam ? Is pleurisy a medical...

Guys, so on my PER letter I have an UCI number and an Application code ... I know that UCI can be used to track the status of your file on : https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en (please correct me if I'm wrong :D) ... so what's the Application code ( Exxxxxxxx) number for ? Thanks !

I've just double-checked my payment form ... it seems that i have filled both the "name of principal applicant" and "name of payer" with my name (the principal applicant). I have not filled the payer address, seeing how it's not applicable ... Could this be a problem ? Thank you!
