just noticed on the spreadsheet my Id is coded in yellow color ... ??? ??? ??? any specific reason for that ..???

Indian embassy will give you a PCC certificate of india valid for 6 months to submit to cic and will stamp ur passports that u have been issued PCC for Canada.

For Saudi Arabia you will have to apply at the ministry of interior Saudi Arabia designated office issuing PCC. They will take finger prints and issue a PCC certificate in about 10 days.

I want to add my newborn in my application. I want to send baby documents along with app fee of $150.

1. Should it be a DD?
2. To whom should this DD be addressed to?
3. Should it be CAD$150 or in local currency of the visa office?
4. Do I need to fill any Fee Payment Form?

Send CSE to the VISA Office requesting details on how to add new born. They'll send an email to you on how to do it.

Please send them the Missing/Wrong form/document in such a way it reaches CIC jusy less than 5 days( Not sure if that is the rite time frame, but sending it too early will result in return of the additional docs as they might not be able to locate original package in the system) before it will be opened for completion check(Watch the spreadsheet to predict processing date), So there will be a UCI no. assigned by then. Include a cover letter with following details and a request and reason why this mis happened.

I think it should be the other way. That is send it as soon as possible before it is entered into the system. Its at the point of entry they usually return forms for incompleteness. In my case there was just 5days interval between when I sent my application and when I send the additional documents. As a result my first file was traceable. Don't wait 2days extra. God help you.

I got reply from my VO where they mentioned all the details like which forms are required and what other documents required. They also mentioned that I have to pay the fee. But they did not mention anything about the FEE PAYMENT method, currency and to whom should I address it....

Logically, you fill the fee payment form for your new born along with DD and it should be in the name of "The Receiver General etc (you can get the exact beneficiary from guide). In my view you can use CC also. but my advise is to use DD
secondly, they asked for $150 which means CAD 150.

Could you please comment on the following questions:

1. Do you need PCC from the country of nationality even if you have not stayed there for more than 6 months in the last 10 years?
2. You need PCC for other countries where you live for more than 6 months, but since when? is it during the last 10 years or since your 18th birthday?
